MUSIC THERAPY

I introduce myself

Music therapy consists of using music to promote the development of skills:

- communication, learning, motivation, expression and organization

The aim is to improve some physical, psychic, social and cognitive abilities.

 

Music: art that consists in combining sounds to produce an aesthetic or expressive effect that is pleasant to the hearing.

 

Therapy: procedure that allows to alleviate the difficulties of a person or a group.

 

 

  Phase 1: Energy healing, nature sounds, meditation, soul seasons, relaxing music.
